          Doing that's not near as easy as saying that, & may add more cost to remodelling bathroom.

          Your approach worked well when I lived in an old farm house I didn't worry about, but not so good in the city when about to sell the house.

          For house renovations - I think first. Errors can be expensive.

          Measured, considered & then clicked to order & it was Ozbargained😞
          Not surprised - went back to enjoying a restful life😀

      This basin suits my old bathroom better for quick upgrade (much less work to install - should drop in place of old basin).
