    • Hi Punkman, lenders are able to offer that sort of rebate/cashback as they're going to get it straight back in interest payments within the month :) unfortunately, most brokers aren't in a position to offer that kind of incentive at this time.

  • And some brokers also offer $1000.

    • Yep. Went through with this a couple of months ago:

Smooth sailing, refinanced at 3.68% with offset. Cash back of $1200 covered all fees with change leftover.

a nano-seconds worth of trailing commission

  • My broker offered $1500 cashback. Some others offer full trailing commission. $100 incentive here is not worth the effort.

Thanks for your feedback! We're happy to take it on-board for future offerings

  • Which gift cards are available?

    • Expired Dick Smith Gift Cards most likely

    • Hi there, We go direct to the place you want a gift card for - so options are practically unlimited. The only reason we may not be able to get the gift card is if the shop isn't local or they are not available for purchase online. Hope that answers your question.

  • What's the cheapest rate you can offer and with which bank?

    • Hi there, this question is difficult to answer as the rates lenders offer depend on a few factors such as; the loan amount being sought, the LVR, whether it's owner occupied or investment purposes etc

For example, the lowest rate from our panel of lenders is 3.49% which is being offered by the Bank of China, however to be eligible for this rate your loan amount needs to be greater than $2m and a max LVR of 80% . There are other lender fee's involved with this product.

Another good rate is 3.59% being offered by Auswide Bank - min loan amount is $100k and 90% Max LVR (Including lenders mortgage insurance). There are other lender fee's involved with this product.

If you would like me to send through some more information on products that are more suited to your situation, feel free to submit the form on the page via the deal link and I'd be more than happy to see if we can assist you.
