$400 Cash Back for Every $100k of Home Loan Mortgage Refinanced @ Base Finance

90

$400 Cash Back per $100k Refinanced

I've realised that February is a quiet month given no houses were really sold in January. Therefore, I have capacity to do this offer.

The terms are very simple:
– Paid on settlement
– Must be a refinance
– The LVR must be less that 80% and no defaults or bad judgements
– PAYG customers only
– Melbourne based (I can service Australia wide, but for this deal must be local to me)
– limited to first 10 applications and must have made contact with me before 28 February 2018

This promotion is focussed on good quality clients. The cash from this promotion is from me, not the bank. eg A $500k loan will receive $2000 from me in addition to whatever else the selected bank has on offer.

I expect you will get a rate of below 3.70%, hopefully as low as 3.59% (as at 5 February 2018)

I am able to assist self employed and other scenarios so please feel free to get in touch, but this deal is for those customers that fit the “simple category”.

  • Bank of Melbourne have $1500 cashback at the moment too. Might be worth looking into.

    • Hi EvilRabbit. That's right, so you would get from both myself and Bank of Melb.

    • Where's the bank of melb cash back info? I can't find it on their website

      • +1
        • Thanks but no thanks to bank of melb. 4.85% comparison rate on that one makes my current rate look good

        • +1

@herbo: I never suggested you use them. You asked for the link. There are plenty of options

        • @herbo: They'll come down a lot on that. Certainly less than 4%.

        • @EvilRabbit: *Disclaimer: Not an expert.

        • @Base Finance: I meant thanks for the link but no thanks to their offer. When you say "Melbourne based" does that mean regional Victoria is not eligible?

        • @herbo: how regional? Send me an email and we can discuss.

        • @Base Finance: have emailed you

  • Are you able to say who the bank are? Is there an offset account option?

    • Hi gisxg03
As I'm a mortgage broker, I have access to about 30-40 banks and all their products including offset accounts.

So in answering your question, it could be any bank, but I'll search the best deal that is appropriate for you.

      • Do you have Virgin Money as one of your lenders?

        • Yes. They are on my panel

        • @Base Finance: Cool. I'm interested in refinancing, if I'm in the first 10, I am keen to proceed :-)

      • I emailed you this morning.

  • Does this deal also to apply to investment? I have two properties I'd love to combine into bucket.

    • Hi casperwjt. It does provided it’s within reason of cmplexity

  • Only the first 10? What happen to the next 10?

    • The deal ends. Happy to look at different situations to try and help, but this offer ends.

  • Is there a cap?

Say if I refinance $3mil it will be $12k?

    • I am willing to look at it. Not many people who are employees can service a loan that size, but happy to look at it.

      • There are heaps. They rely on rental income from the properties though. Is that OK?

        • Hi Some Guy. If there are trusts/companies and complicated structures, I'm willing to do the deal and provide some cash back, but not as much as the more simple ones for the promotion. These take a lot more of my time so can't be as generous. Feel free to message me and we can come to an arrangement because my attitude is making something is better than nothing, so I'm always willing to help within reason.

        • @Base Finance: PM sent

  • Hi Michael, Interested with this. I am looking to refinance my first home loan. Will email you. Let me know if I in the first 10 to proceed. Thanks.

    • Hi JP1. email or call me to discuss. you are in first 10!

  • I'd love to refinance, but I'm above the 80% as I get into the market when it was still 10% deposit. sucks as my current rate is nearly 5%!

    • Hi Gizmomelb
I could probably get you a better rate but you would have mortgage insurance issues. However, some professions can borrow 90% without insurance. So feel free to email what you do, and I can let you know.

Hi - is this promotion still available for another spot?

    • Hi Angelscrap.
      Sure is!
