Just looked at my emails, last time was June 2017 !
Ive been signed up for about 6 months now, first time I received the voucher.
Got this too, can't see a minimum spend?

Been wondering why I havent received anything from them for years - noticed they changed to a new system and the accounts didn't get automatically carried on. Had to login manually to their site to do so. I doubt the $20 voucher will be avail for me then. :(

I got an email from Ray too. It said "just for me"…seems like Ray is multiple timing all of us!
I'm signed up with them but didn't receive any voucher by e-mail. The last marketing e-mail I had from them was sent 25/3/18.
Hey OP - does the link in the email contain any personalised code (ie. whole bunch of seemingly random characters in the URL)? or just a generic link? Wondering if it is a generic link, then posting that up should allow people who didnt get the email to also subscribe for 20 bucks? thanks.

And after I clicked the link again, it displayed "Offer already activated on your account".

Ray's Ourdoor is online as well, and they're very good with their online presence. I've ordered a few things recently from them, and been very pleased with the service and delivery.

I have been a member for years first time I have gotten credit to spend.
Received mine, and I signed up yonks ago. No rhyme or reason to it, I guess.
Does that mean if I signup now, I will have to wait years before I could get a $20 credit to try them out lol
I just signed up and it showed I had $20 credit for about 20 seconds before they removed it. I was so excited. :(

I don't think it works that way. Looks like it loads your account with the $20 credit so not transferable unless someone wishes to give you their login deets…

I too couldn't log in to the system, so I clicked the "Forgot my password" button - and didn't get an email to allow me to reset the password.So I rang them and they said that the system is buggered at the moment, that no-one can log in and that "headquarters" had not given a timeframe for the fix. She said that unfortunately, I'd just have to keep trying.
Whoever you spoke with knows more than the person I spoke with. I was told, 'it takes 15 minutes to half an hour'. Sounds like it's going to be a loooong half an hour. I can't remember another retail business having their entire online login system down for so long.
Yeah, I tried to logon at about 9.00am today and I rang them about half an hour ago (1.00pm). The person I spoke to said that it affected everyone and that she had been unable to get any indication from "headquarters" about what was going on. It is a bit crazy.

Did you receive the email saying you had $20 credit, though? If not, you won't be eligible unfortunately.
On a side note, did anyone who did receive the email, but who couldn't login (and didn't receive password reset email), try to re-register a Rays account (sign-up again) using the same email address?

If Ray doesn't have something you like at a discount, one of the best ways to use the voucher is to actually go into a store and pricematch another competitor and then apply the credit (and pay the balance using a discounted gift card).

Even if I get an offer, it would take me a 20km trip to the nearest Rays after they closed the Highpoint store.
