No Costco in WA. These are organic.
Yeah Costco are organic and raw too. yeah, good option for WA but for any other states that has Costco, they are better deal.
Out of interest, how much should one normally expect to pay for Black or White Chia seeds?
And having done so, what should one do with said seeds?
The regular price is $25 for this brand. $20/kg for Coles brand, and around $15-16/kg at Chemist Warehouse.
You put them in your porridge, muesli etc for the nutrients (omega 3, fibre, etc). Apparently they're also good as a gelling agent for gluten free recipes.
my housemate used to make chia pudding. a few spoons of chia + coconut milk + honey and shoves it in the fridge
why, it's a SUPERFOOD!!!
you can do anything you want?At Zombo.com?
At Kakulas in WA, you can buy these loose for around $8 per kg.
If your place have Costco, they like $14.99 for 1.5kg pack.
