  I just tried to order a costume over $89 ($119.99 before discount) and it adds in $8.99 as shipping costs? Doesn’t give me an option for free shipping!

    Oh you're trying to order Shrek also? Yeah I see what you mean.

    With the discount it comes down to $89.99, but shipping is indeed still $8.99. I went and added their cheapest product for 99c (not that I should need to) and that still wasn't enough to change the shipping cost, it actually took 3 of those shamrock stickers (a total of $92.22), before the shipping became free. This is despite their shipping policy clearly stating "All Australian standard orders of $89 or more are shipped with StarTrack Express Couriers for FREE!"

      Contacted them and they refunded the shipping fees promptly. Good customer service.
