  I'm pretty sure that these have been free for at least a year. I think they were when I got my Gears 4 Xbone.

        The "All Fronts Collection" is just a fancy name for the bundle of all the DLC content that was listed in the previous deal you linked. The extra campaign content is included in the "Dark Corners Map Pack" which is also listed in the previous deal.
