By combo, the OP means it includes small fries and small drink.

  • +10

Reminder: small McFeast meal is still available for $5 via the app at all times.

    • I think this replaced the $5 McFeast meal.

      • +1

I was getting a little over McFeasts, happy for the change.

        • If the mcfeast is gone I'm so glad, I was removing the sauce, tomato and lettuce to make it a qtr pounder. And having way to many in a week, I think I was starting to hate myself.

        • @Doogan:

Are you obese or just young with a good matabolism? I can't get away eating junk food like maccas without gaining weight.

        • +1

@Bullion78: for now it's just a good metabolism. Who knows how many more years that will last though. The one benefit of that Macca's deal, it has made me realise I never need to buy anything other than small size fast food everywhere else.

      • +3

Damn, I really like the McFeast.

        • +4

I don't go near Maccas normally, but that $5 McFeast meal was good value. It has enough salad in it to make it a decently healthy and satisfying cheap lunch option. Not interested in these fatty burgers with no veggies, too greasy.

        • +3

          @nubzy:
Haha, enough veggies to make you think it was decently healthy

        • +2

@nubzy: a meal doesnt suddenly become healthy if you had a slice of tomatoe and a few sreds of lettice lol

        • @ubcool: Of course not. But I don't see it being that bad either, a bit of meat, bread and sauce is not going to do any harm if you eat it occasionally. But if I eat something like a quarter pounder with cheese/bacon I will definitely regret it, it sits in your stomach and feels a lot greasier. It is nice to have the salad to add some freshness. I get a bottle of water for the drink and sometimes I get the salad instead of fries, so it really was not a bad meal at all for $5.

        • +1

          @nubzy:
that said, don't skimp! If you fancy a qp with cheese and soft drink, don't 'water' it down
          Eat healthy another time

      • +2

Nope, just ordered a small McFeast meal for $5.

  • +1

FYI burger only (at my closest store in Sydney) is $5 (small meal $7.90). Compare that with the McFeast which is $6.10 for the burger only (small meal about $9.10). You now have a choice of either small meal for $5. If you are after biggest discount then the McFeast meal wins, but always good to have some options!

    • +3

trade off is do you want bacon or stick with with mcfeast and have tomatoe and lettuce …… think i will stick with mcfeast.

      • +1

Yeah I like the mix of veggies and sauce on the McFeast.

        • Problem with the mcfeast is the mcchicken sauce that you can't swap in the app.

  • Small Double Beef & Bacon Burger Combo - $5

    How much is it normally?

    • +14

$7.50 on my app, was noted above to be $7.90 in another state.

Though you didn't use bold, so I don't know why I should bother replying to your comment if you can't put a little effort in 😂

      • Showing $8.60 for me in Sunshine Coast QLD. For the small meal.

  • +1

They should have a Double-Double Beef & Bacon Burger

  • +2

If I buy a 17" apple laptop, should i call it a Big Mac?

    • +11

No, but that pun was cheesy

    • +7

Would you be in a pickle if you dropped it?

    • +8

Sorry, I swear I'm not trying to start a beef

      Lettuce be friends?

      • +3

Wow I just realised that's you replying all those many times 😂😂😂

  • i think ive had over 50 $5 mcfeasts in the last few months i need a change lol

  • So a small Double Beef & Bacon meal is showing up as $7.90 on my app and the McFeast options is burger only (no meal options). Is Ronald trying to make me go on a diet? Pretty rude.

    • -1

Might have to wait till 10:30, mate!

      • Don't usually have to wait until the deals are showing. If that is the case though, still pretty rude of Ronald.

  • +5

If I buy this will they send the police to my house ?

  • 2018: Is their a double beef and facon meal? I'm becoming semi vegetarian.

  • I'm the kind of guy who always defaults to ordering a quarter pounder. I tried their wagyu burger recently and that was a let down. Gonna be adventurous today and try a new burger. Double Beef & Bacon, Or McFeast?

    • +2

McFeast is a quarter pounder with extra's AFAIK

      • Yeah it's got salad and some kind of tomato/mayonnaise sauce?

        • the mayo sauce is actually their "Mc Chicken sauce" …. but year its basically mayo, I order mine without it, less calories and I get flash backs to HJ using mayo as they are too lazy to butter the buns ….. vegetable fat in mayo is no substitute for butter on a bun.

    • +2

sounds healthier than the stuff they use to make the vegetarian meals in the supermarket freezer.

  • +10

McFeast disappeared in my menu, and double beef&bacon small meal is still $7.9.

    • +2

      Same here in Melbourne.

      • +2

        Yep, same.

    • Mine too. :( I would prefer McFeast.

  • Small meal is still showing up at $7.55 in Melb

  • +1

Still seeing usual price on the app (South Melb).

  • +1

Os this via th3 app as I cannot see it there?

    • Does it need an app? doesnt say in the title or anything

  • McFeast small meal still showing $5 for me in Adelaide

    • +7

the $5 McFeast meal should be enshrined forever and celebrated forever just like the Anzacs landing in Gallipoli.

Scott Morrison should say to health insurance industry "if Mc Donalds can keep the Mc feast meal at $5 year after year why can't you keep health insurance premiums the same year after year?

      • +1

How about you give me $20,000 of your money, I'll hold onto it for two years and then give you $20,000 back? Deal?

By forcing health insurance premiums to remain constant, that's effectively what you're making them tell their shareholders.

The reason health insurance premiums go UP is because it is a surplus-making venture benefiting stakeholders and shareholders.

If you don't agree with health insurance premiums going north, join the rest of Australia and opt out of it.
        Simples.

  • +1

Can't even see McFeast on the app now but dbl beef & bacon meal is 8.10 for me

  • can't even see double beef and bacon in the app? targeted to certain stores?

  • +1

McFeast is still on there for me at $5. Good, hope they keep it.

  • Of the 4 restaurants in the CBD
    - 2 have $8.75 DB&B small meal
    - 1 has $8.15 DB&B small meal
    - 1 has $5 McFeast small meal
Either slow to update or State specific

    • My local store showed the meal as ~7.50 on the app, but when i drove past the store they have a large banner advertising the $5 deal.
My guess is it is just slow to update on the app, but should be obtainable in store?

    • +2

      which CBD? LOL

      • -3

        not relevant

  • +1

Not updated in app but can order at the counter.

  • +1

Dunno if it has been posted, but the small drink in any small meal can be replaced with a 600mL bottled water for no extra charge via the app. Not sure about over the counter.

Was good when the $3 cheeseburger deal was around

  • McFeast seem disappeared from the app - I have tried numerous stores in WA and could not find it? Anyone found the same?

    • Same for me, unfortunately. Like others have said, the deal listed on this page isn't on the app yet either.

  • Great deal!

I used the money I saved to buy even more food.

Oreo McFlurry, and an apple pie.

    • +1

How nice, I hate seeing obese people leaving mcdonald's hungry without a second meal.

  • tried the mcFeast $5 meal via the app. price changed when I checked in to the local Macca's. So, just because it appears on the app, doesn't mean they will honour the price when you get there.

    • +1

Just pay via the app then. They can't then charge you more if they've already charged you the $5.

      • tried paying via app, but won't go through… when you "check in" with the $5 meal in your "basket" the app stalls and won't go further…

  • +2

Mcfeast has gone from my 6 nearest Maccas on the app.

The small Double Beef & Bacon Burger Combo is priced between $7.15 to $7.75 on the app.

  • No McFeast available at all for me in Qld. No offer for the Double Beef one either (showing as $8 for a small meal at 12.30pm).

    • Ditto,

      Where is this deal working?

Sad to see the McFeast disappear :'(

    • On the App it's $8.60 for me but on the in-store kiosk it was $5. I'm in QLD too.

  • Went to Maccas today. Ordered through the kiosk. Price was listed as $7ish but when I went to check out it marked the price at $5. So looks like deal is on but there's just a bug with it!

  • +2

No more $5 mcfeast meal anytime…. I guess I'm not going to Maccas anymore. Not such a bad thing I guess. I hope something just as good will come in future

  • weird, dbl bacong burger meal coming up at same price on app

but mcfeast entirely has disappeared off completley

    Melbourne

  • Deal active 9/4 1.30pm circular quay via in store kiosk ordering.

  • -1

MMMmmm… that sweet sweet $2.50 Double Beef meal.. especially when your mate hooks you up with extra meat & bacon in your burger.
Perks of being a Macca's dreg.

  • -8

$5 McFeast meal much better deal, and you can't even order this via app.

  • +2

I can see this deal in the app now but I’m not sure whether that’s new info.

    • +2

I think it's new, looks like it will probably work after 2pm as well

  • Best deal ever!!!

It’s now my favourite burger at McDonald’s. I get it with an extra 2 patties and a tomato slice. It’s so good that I will be buying it at full price now.

What makes the deal is that I can make the drink whatever I feel like. Like today I got a tall Mocha with the meal. You get $2.50 credit for drinks.

    • How's the $2.50 credit work?
Anything other than a small drink or water and price goes up

  • Shows up as $8.95 at the Sydney Airport Maccas on Ross Smith. Not sure what the go is there.

  • Hey this deal is still available online and in store. Why is it marked as expired?

    • Deals automatically expire at 45 days. Have now marked to never expire.
