Likely Targeted. Received a notification for 10% off full price/non promo stuff (not even the McSmart or Mega Meals).

The 10% off, however, seems to be working with 24 Nuggets currently advertised for $11.95

Or get yourself 48 Nuggets for $21.50, which significantly beats their advertised 40 Nuggets for $20.70 (inclusive of promo)

Our Maccas doesn’t even do 24 nugs anymore. Have to buy 20 and it cost more than the 24!used to!
