  • Good deal. I was tempted to buy one when I saw this exact thing and color at clearance price of $29 at my local HN store on Boxing Day. Thought that was a good deal considering someone was selling it for $50 at my Shopping Centre.

  • how long is shipping to australia? not sure i should buy or not, i seen one which was $90 and now $20 in the shopping centre.

    • Generally it takes 15-20 business days (2-4 weeks) for delivery depending on your location.

Dunno why you got negged for speaking the truth about shipping times??? As Sam said, same time as DX, no point anybody complaining about that or not being lied to!

  • Shipping will be the same as time Dealextreme.

These are good helicopters for the price as they have a usb cable for charging.

Yay… tinydeal's weekly spam/useless bargain of the week.

  • hmm I will consider it.

  • i bought one. it better not be junk!

    • for less than $20 for a remote control helicopter, i think its safe to assume it IS junk :).

you always get what you pay for dude, but I'm sure it'll still be a lot of fun and bang for buck I reckon it's still $20 well spent.

      • its better quality than the ones u see in the middle of shopping malls. :) very impressed

  • These are pretty good helicopters. They're a step above the cheaper all plastic models, and the price is attractive. One thing to keep in mind however is spare parts. You'll need them after running into things (it's inevitable).

Got one for Christmas. Flew for about 5 mins. Heavy landing cracked the plastic tail and broke the tail rotor. End of toy.

Well indeed….I've been through so many of these things it isn't funny….When you factor in how long they last for, its not exactly cheap entertainment!

  • yeah dont think ill grab one then. they look cool when you see them in the shopping centre but if they break its a waste of money

  • Good price IMHO, I see these selling at Parklea markets for up to $50 with a fancy case! Bear in mind folks, the metal construction and folding rotors makes them slightly more resilient than other cheapies…and they're much more stable in flight due to the gyro! ;)

  • Bought one

  • Mine arrived today. Better quality than I expected! Took a min to get used to. Definitely read the instructions, don't just jump straight in, or you'll prob break it. I've had one battery draining session without damage, but very hard to keep this thing away from furniture.

  • i got mine today. my gosh what a hoot. ill buy another if it is another channel. im after a a or b channel one
