Is Nulon better quality than Penrite?
Wondering the same thing.
Not qualified to say, but can comment that many penrite oils have the long drain interval specification, 229 I believe, wheras you need to pay extra for the Nulon that specifically features long drain interval.
The best oil is the one you change regularly!

the aussie brands don't do too badly surprisingly.. SAE benchmarking in 2009 of premium motorcycle oils nulon ranked 6th and lucas oil 9th amongst 15 top shelf products
amsoil topped it but i think they sponsored the study ;)
