The wireless charger is not included, however the warranty through the retailer is much better than that of the manufacturer Costco have a satisfaction guarantee.

64gb or 256 gb?
Sign looks like 64.
I was looking hard on the picture and only can see 6.2" for the S9+ haha
Prob cheaper on eBay if you have access to the 10% off code.
No need, everyone has access to the PRINT code, bringing the S9 to $1052 delivered or S9+ for $1184 delivered.

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Au-Stock-Samsung-Galaxy-S9-Plus-…this looking like the best deal going around hey?
This is a pretty good deal given its Australian stock, but just curious as to why you say the retailer's warranty is "much better' than Samsung's? Do CostCo have a very good policy as regards refunds/defects etc?
I ask simply because I have claimed under warranty with Samsung before and found them to be great
Costco has a lifetime warranty and replace/return with no question asked.
with no question asked.
They do ask the question. You can make up an excuse for the answer.
My dog don't like the phone. :P
That's fine.
curious - is this written anywhere? T&Cs? Don't recall signing anything (it was years ago)
it's not, it's one of those myths people like to sprout.
You can return items you're not hapy with for a refund, but I am yet to actually hear of someone actually retiurning an item they've had for 2+yrs and get a refund because they're not happy with it.
Sure. Here's one for you. In front of my very eyes at Costco Auburn last year a couple returned a very used (read: banged up with the clear drum gone opaque) Dyson full size vacuum - those ball type ones. They didn't have the invoice. The lady looked it up on the system and said it was over 2 years old and asked what's wrong with it. They replied "we don't like it anymore. It isn't good". The lady was dumbfounded but said nothing. Got her manager and repeated what the couple said. Manager smiled and said to take the vacuum back and process the refund. Yeah. I was shocked too but it happened. In Costco Auburn at the time there was a single returns queue so you got to see the full circus unfold of the customer ahead.
@ccrap: I returned a 6 month old matress which was crap. no receipt and they proceeded to do it for me. can't fault them.
@ccrap: Thank you, I stand a corrected.
@djcharliek: yeah that's ok, you're not satisfied. Which is why I like to buy things from them from them. You can't use it as a warranty claim as people suggest, but apparently you can claim you're no longer satisfied even after 2yrs and get a refund. I suppose they work on the principle most people wouldn't have the gaul to return an item after 2+yrs and say they weren't satisfied.
as for the lack of reciept, others like kmart/target/myers/etc do that if you swipe your loyalty cards when buying (just like Costco do for you), as they have a record of it.
as long as the membership is active through out
The warranty does not work. I tried to return a sony tv but they told me to contact the manufacturer. It is up to their discretion.
@PlushToys: ots not the warranty they provide… its return n refund.
@Aemit:
Costco changed warranty policy! they will tell you contact the manufacturer now@mardetanha8033:not claiming warranty but can we return and refund?
@Aemit: nope the y changed it.
@Aemit: who has returned a 2+yr old faulty electrical product to Costco for a refund in Australia?
@supabrudda: I won't be surprised if they refund a 2 year old faulty product, Harvey did that with a fan that I bought.
I'd be impressed if they gave a full refund after 2 years because the buyer "wasn't satisfied" though.
Wow thats really good then! Thanks for the info!
No it has changed since
@Aemit: have you tried recently?
They said that it beyond warranty is statutory warranty and refund only on membership and Costco branded items only
lifetime warranty is a meth;
