Just my two cents, NB Australia is a shadow of their US parent company.
They don't bother bringing some of their best shoes and apparel into Australia, don't bring in a full range of their available sizes and widths for the models that they do bring in (sizing and width options used to be one of their biggest strengths compared to their competitors), and they do a poor job of promoting their products online and on social media. This leads to poor sales figures and constant coupon codes in a misguided attempt to boost their bottom line (rather than focusing on the aforementioned issues).
All true. They don't stock enough sizes/widths which makes it hard to get the right fit, take forever to restock popular styles and the customer support is awful, you are lucky if you ever get a response.
