      Well technically if it's eBay's 19th Birthday this year, that would be 190% off but I'm happy with 19% off this year (no min. spend on anything). Last year eBay did the 18% off sale for their 18th birthday. I think every OzBargainer is waiting for that glorious 20% off anything (not targetted, no min. spend and on anything).
