  • The Stanley ones seem to be the same price as bunnings

  • Does anyone have any experience with ToolPro Spanners?

The reviews section on supercheap's own website seem to be pretty good for the toolpro sets eg:http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/ToolPro-Spanner-Set-Combination-Metric-14-Piece/305222

Just wanted to mention that SCA appears to be quite selective about the reviews and ratings it includes in its site. I’ve had some reviews which never made it into the site. So I never bother writing a review anymore and I’d take the reviews with a pinch of salt. That being said toolpro seems decent.

    • For the price, they have been ok. haven’t had any issues plus has life time warranty.

  • Dewalt has a 172 piece set of sockets and spanners. I can only find it on Amazon US, but the shipping cost is obscene.

    Hi, You Sure.

Thanks for the post, ended up grabbing a set of these:

    http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/ToolPro-Spanner-Set…

and they look and feel really good, actually nice at $100 a set tbh.

    Every mm size from 6-26, and a 28, 30 and 32.

For fiddy bux, go and get a set now. :)

    • Glad to hear I was able to help you save some $$.

  • Toolpro has replaced the Calibre brand they used to sell a couple of years ago. I see it as SCA's 'home brand' product. I've bought some Calibre spanners a few years ago that are still okay. The pricing is a bit over the top. Think I got mine for $4 EA a few years ago.
