Hi Dude131, We don't ship on weekends though shipping is overnight, if you order before Sunday 2pm you will receive the delivery on Tuesday. Yes our 3720 is outright - No locks

No, it's just that phones are generally 'sealed'. (look at description below).
Some people are just anal but these things… (myself included - I'd rather have a phone or any electronic item sealed by the factory/manufacturer rather than having it opened by an independant retailer ;). Each to their own I guess :)).
We don't see reasoning for adding this to listings as Phones are still Brand New with full package contents and 12 months Manufacture Warranty.
bit of a poor response there mate. i would want full disclosure prior to purchase. im expecting it to be sealed and NEW from factory. not new and handled. i dont want my apples pre tasted by someone before i buy them :)

Open item can have following reasons:
1. Item repaired
2. Item return to retailer
These items are often called refurbished and sold at a price much lower than the original price. I dont know, why Hirokuro Did not negg the deal.

ok price, compared to the optimus this galaxy has the sensitive capacitive screen but loses in other areas, both have android 2.1/wifi/gps/600mhz cpu etc but the optimus has the larger screen, higher resolution(keep in mind some apps wont work properly with 240x320) larger battery and better camera
I would classify an electronic item first turned on by some one other than the owner as 'used'. :)
Turning it on to unlock it actually upgrades it and is innocuous. Sure it could be better described for those hunting only virgin electronics.
