I think only JB and the actual Microsoft store have these color options.
Student discount (of 15%) doesn't stack on top of the already discounted price, so no additional savings to be had.
eg. I tried it out with the i5 Burgandy model @ $1698, and adding the coupon code in the cart, it says 'coupon already added'.
Also received an email with the following mentioned in the attachment:

15% is for the Surface book? Only 5% for the Surface Pro/Laptop
Seems there was no stacking of any student discount at all, as per the email sent once you register (as copy/pasted above)
Harvey normal also has the same prices for the Surface Pro, but the Surface Pro (i5/256gb/8gb) is still cheaper at officeworks.
I just bought one and have no idea why they have it as clearance stock. But absolutely great value!

I just did a sample checkout.
It seems to work if you put in VIC postcode to check stock, then at checkout, deliver it to an NSW address. Free shipping.
Also works if you select a NSW store for click and collect!
It all works until you proceed to payment, it then says item out of stock. Their website is showing phantom stock :(
Oh really? I never made it that far.. I only got to the bit where you select your delivery address.
I dont think it's phantom stock, because I ordered one just a few days ago and it was delivered next day.
