Can I bath in your sauces?

you want to bath in Habanero/hot sauce?… ouch

    • You sure can, at your own risk though!

      This guy did :)

  • How much is shipping? I don't want to go through all that checkout process to find out shipping costs, I cant find prices any else on the site. $75 for free shipping is a lot of sauce, $30 is more achievable.

    • Hi!
Thank you for your interest in our sauces.

Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide. Free Shipping kicks in at $75.
Unfortunately, due to the small margins on hot sauce bottles and high cost of couriers, this is the best we can offer at this stage.

      Hope this helps!

I just want to say good work for standing firm for Australia Day

  • First sauce is cheaper from Dr Paul's website - $10 plus $4 delivery (Postcode 2000). Why is your shipping more than the manufacturer's?

    • Changz sauce is $17.50 delivered from Changz. Whereas to get sauce from you by itself is 22.51. Granted, if you want multiple sauces then HoS is cheaper, but you gotta do better than the manufacturer imho. This is a bargain website not a marketing website.

        Cheers Swapsey.
Trust me, I wish we could offer free shipping on ALL orders! But we'd be running at a loss unfortunately.

I am not sure which courier Dr Paul uses to ship his sauce. $4 is extremely cheap from Perth to Sydney, which makes me think it is probably shipped in a light-weight satchel of some kind. We compare courier prices on a regular basis but the lowest we've seen was around $6.90 for metro delivery (and for parcels under 500g I believe, which only allows for 1 glass bottle of 150mL - weighs around 300g).
Not saying there aren't better rates out there but haven't seen them.

Shipping rates are definitely more attractive when you order 3+ sauces and many of our customers now enjoy free shipping (which we didn't have before).

Thanks for the response. I hope you can see where I am coming from. Even your bottle of Changz is 2.56 more than they are selling before shipping. So this is definitely not a bargain by OB standards. Have to do better on price than the manufacturer's website.
