  hit or miss experiences with skull candy. had 1 pair that was exceptional. the next pair i got have been a bit tinny (the same model of headphones)

    I think that's true of most headphones though, I've heard people complain of similar on very expensive Bose or Beats ones. One advantage of buying from JB is they tend to be fairly generous with their returns if you get it and it turns out to be rubbish.

      totally agree. wouldn't stop me buying SkullCandy when i need new headphones the build quality is really good.

  Got these off amazon for $50. There pretty decent. Mr Brightside by the killers sounded pretty horrible on them though. Most other songs are alright. Fits well under a motorcycle helmet.

  I'll stick with my Beats Powerwireless… although I didn't pay for them.
