My Rover Lawnmower in the garage was purchased in 2001 and is still going strong with basic maintenance. Just purchased the 2 stroke, straight shaft line trimmer on Wednesday PM and it arrived with free postage yesterday, 2 day turnaround!

I have had a look at it and it doesn't look like a simple straightforward removal of the head to put on a blade attachment.
Having said that… there are plenty of handier people out there who know a lot more about this then I do!

Do you know if you can add a blade attachment to the trimmer head? Or do you need to buy the separate blade attachment?
Some trimmers allow a blade to be fitted to the head that uses line, which would be ideal but if you need to buy the separate attachment from Rover, which is around $190 odd it’s a bit of a deal breaker for me. Having had yours delivered do you know if you can just add a blade?
