        are you sure it's 20% off everything?
        It seems to be "suicidal" in terms of profitability to increase the 5% staff discount to 20% everyday.

        yes it is 20% off anything in store (so long as it does not cause loss to the company. If not 20% then, cost price. I work there and confirm it, as I received my discount card yesterday :)
        This discount only applied to Officeworks stores and not coles, bunnings etc; However we still get the 5% discount at coles, bunnings etc.
        does not apply to Woolworths because they are not part of the Wesfarmers group who own Officeworks, coles, bunnings etc.
