Tried adding 2 to cart, total was $0, however I couldn't proceed to payment. Added another one, promotional code was applied automatically. Total $78 for 3.
Edit: Add the cheapest item you can find (easternculture found sim card) and complete payment

Well yeah, thats the whole point. They build an architecture to capture as much data about you as possible then sell that data to their advertisers. Currently Alexa and Amazon are winning this battle in the US so Google has got its butt into gear and is releasing all their hardware dirt cheap elsewhere to head off Amazon and try and recapture some of that market

Wouldn't be surprised if Google honour this as they are then able to track your purchases, spending habits and generally gather data which is worth more than the $5 these probably costs in bulk to produce.

Try credit card, I got that with PayPal. I think it didn't like the address PayPal was putting in, since it wasn't automatically matching one of their auto-validated addresses.
I had the same thing when selecting delivery to my home address in an outer Melbourne suburb. I changed it to my work address in the CBD and it worked when paying through Paypal.
I have absolutely no confidence it will be honoured, but just for sh!ts and giggles I thought I'd have a crack.

I had that through PayPal. Worked with credit card. It didn't like that PayPal was subtly changing my delivery address from what was validated (and that my address doesn't exist in their auto-complete thingy).
