Tried adding 2 to cart, total was $0, however I couldn't proceed to payment. Added another one, promotional code was applied automatically. Total $78 for 3.
Edit: Add the cheapest item you can find (easternculture found sim card) and complete payment

Waste your chargebacks? Is there a limit on how many chargebacks per year you can lodge?

Go TGG wasn't doing anything about my refund, even though I was waiting patiently. Luckily I paid by PayPal so I just opened a PayPal dispute and they have just refunded me my $11. Just had to give them a little kick up the pants. What a fun 8 days that was. Worth a shot though, I suppose.
I didn't open a dispute and was just refunded this morning. Your refund might not have anything to do with the PayPal dispute you lodged.
PayPal dispute case was closed this morning. Then I checked PayPal and had the money in my account.
Paypal dispute get closed when the seller refund.

I pay through paypal. Do you dispute or they just refunded. I havent seen my refund yet.

I heard nothing beyond the "This was an error and will be refunded" so today I opened a dispute and it was refunded shortly after.
i recieved the cancellation email last week, and that about it. Nothing else come after that. I might wait for another day. If not i open dispute.

My one for $8 came thru today. I also did a purchase for 3x at $78. curious to see if this one gets fulfilled as 2, based on other comments, even tho they had previously stated it would not be fulfilled at all.

I paid $8 by credit card, no refund nor cancellation email received from Good Guys, the order doesn't even show on my account history, it looks like I never made this order from them accept the order confirmation on that day.

Still waiting for my $78 refund, called TGG, they said they received over 7000 orders, the money will be refunded by mid next week.
update: I received a sales order from them for 2 Google home mini's, instead of cancelling my order.
I have now emailed them to cancel the order.

So I ordered 2 Charcoal ones for $10 (regional shipping), had a white one rock up in the mail yesterday and my order still shows as 'Active' under status, and 'BackOrdered' under availability…
Ordered 3 for $86 received 2 yday arvo. That too chalk instead of charcoal. Opened PayPal dispute for either a full refund + return postage or a partial refund of $86/3. Let's see how that goes. Should have cancelled the order altogether rather than just send out 2 and waste everyone's time. Notsogoodguys.

How did you go. Absolutely pathetic not even a reply from GG about the dispute. Ended up escalating to a claim and had to fork out $15 just to send them back a couple of weeks back but Pay Pal is yet to refund the money. Ridiculous.
@dins: I was refunded, only after contacting the store directly and they sent a return label to me. lengthy process since they didn't reply via PP and I have even dispute/claim via paypal in the same time (but then cancelled after the store responded)..save me $20 for return. PP told me you can claim the return fee. ask them.
