I've been looking for a new TV and this seems to be great deal.

Cheaper than JB HiFi and the Good Guys.

Doesnt samsung pay product review to get good scores 🤣

You'd have to be gullible to spend that much on an LCD when real OLEDs are not much more.

On Boxing Day MYER had the 65" LG OLED at $3500, pricematched at HN

Yeah but this is QLED! Q is higher than O in the alphabet so it must be better 😊

You would be crazy to grab this over an OLED in the same price range.

Why oh why would you consider spending this much on QLED when you can spend just slightly more and grab a 65” OLED. Don’t do it!

  • Me waiting for the next discount wave, most retailers have the Panasonic and LG 65" OLEDS AT THE $4k mark. The next 20% off sale will get them down to $3200 if my math is correct.

  • Why not any one is posting sony deals under $1K??? I am not %100 sure about 49X8000E. I think im gona go for 55MU613 samsung even though I want something not bigger than 50” (this is going to be used in the kitchen/dining room with lots of sunlight and viewing range will be very close like between 1 and 2-2.5 metres)

When the dust settles, QLED is just another LCD TV. I.e. rubbish.

Nothing, absolutely nothing like the vastly superior OLED technology.

It annoys me that these manufacturers persist with this antiquated, prehistoric LCD technology.

LCD TVs is tantamount to a turd.

Every time a “better type” of LCD TV is released by a manufacturer it’s simply just taking that same turd & rolling it in glitter.

Thanks. I thought I'd read that qled was amazing, blah blah. Glad to know it's another over rated tech

  • Spend 30 seconds I a store watching one of these side by side with an OLED and you'd wonder how much more you would need to spend to get the OLED.

  • I diont want to rain on everyones parade but 65" TVs are now under $1000 and your not getting $2000 more tech for your $.

HDR needs a VERY bright screen (>700nits) to even be of any use and its just a profile applied to the picture, not some extra tech.

In the US$ you would pay <$1000 for one of these. 70/75" is 3k TV but prices are dropping fast too.
