I've had major issues with their support recently including them just not receiving emails and the first level support not really being willing to escalate it. Also I received emails from them from multiple addresses and multiple domains with no explanation. Contacted them multiple times via chat but some things (like auth key verification) they weren't willing to do over chat. I ended up completing the domain registration I was on them with and immediately transferring it elsewhere.
