Better be quick on this one as it looks like an error. Parklands Resort & Conference Centre in Bombira / Mudgee NSW is offering $31/night stays from March to December 2018. Must select 1 adult

A lot of sites are finding the fare so you don't need to use Expedia. Hotels Combined

  It is true that you must select 1 adult to get the special pricing. Are they likely to enforce the 1 adult requirement even though the room has a double bed?

  I don't think I would use this (what appears to be) pricing error. The resort looks to be privately run, and you would likely encounter the owners when you check-in.

  If it was a large provider (major chain like Hilton etc), I wouldn't hesitate.

  only valid for single person booking, if you add two people then its not applicable.

  It appears the price has now increased to $32!

  Assuming it must not me a pricing error, or they would have corrected by now.
