now its getting to a price to use for kids as a camera/tablet.
What is it with this recent rose gold craze?
This phone was released 2016 Nov, so it's already an 'old phone'
Just an FYI for those who are not following tech news, LeeCo is bankrupt and they are just a shell of it's former self, with the former CEO Jia Yueting basically on the run. Software updates will be non existant and you'll be relying on community-cooked ROMS for SW updates.

It's not just this though, there was also some electric toothbrushes posted a few days ago with the same colour.
Software updates were non existent before they went bankrupt
Nope they went from 5.8.019S to like 5.9.023S for all models. Can't get the updates now cos the servers and their forums got taken down but it still happened.
I just flashed the X527 Le2 and X722 Le Pro 3 Elite with their last available ROMs.
Updates or not, they are still ripper phones for the price. Fire sale bargain of the year
I got Le Pro 1 US version and never got a single update. They didn't release the kernel source either so no decent custom ROMs. It's forever stuck on Android 5.0
@chromium: that blows severely, yeah these ones are stuck on 6.0 forever too, but there are a few custom ROMs out there giving 7.0 and 8.0. cheap as chips but this is the risk :(
Here's another rose gold item: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/350184
Gold is a sign of wealth in China. While here it's just tacky.
Gold or Rose Gold? 2 completely different colours…
Same still applies.

At this price I kind of wish I bought this instead of my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X 4gb RAM 64gb at $265 AUD but I needed the extra ram space and micro sd and headphone jack.
It also only has Helio X20, not as good as your SN625, esp GPU.
$usd99 is crazy cheap tho.

Could I get a link to the review?
Mediatek are bad, mmkay
if 10 of these were soldered together do u think the combined force beats a samsung galaxy note 8?
Depends I guess if you can somehow chain link the SoC's to act as one unit I suppose but remember also energy costs etc.
Good luck charging that lol.
I think you can install lineage os so updates problem solved.
Ye, there is also a little performance boost
Does anyone know how to get the fingerprint working? I have a LeTV2 max and it has this issue. I heard S3 uses the same fingerprint tech.
This is very cheap!
Can anyone actually confirm if this has 3 or 4 g's of RAM? Some places say 3, others say 4, GB haven't screwed me yet, but I don't want only 3 of them so like, yeah.
Anyone?
I'm guessing you're linking to the one that actually has 4GB of RAM?
No, there both the same
@BrodenIt: (profanity) it. I'm jumping in. I'll grab the damn thing. But if it turns out to have only 3 gigs, I will come for you, Brodenlt.
@TheDukeOfNukem:
No plizz, i have family. Don't sue me :)@BrodenIt: Thanks for this link. Do you happen too know if it's the global version in this link
@sivshen:
It doesn't matter. It's already oos@BrodenIt: I'm looking for another model in the same site which also doesn't specify if it's global version. Bang good doesn't seem to mention it in general.Any idea
Thanks for this link.
Can anyone confirm whether this will work on Optus Network B28?
