        Men's sale listings went from 11xx items to 391

        There were never 1000+ items in the Men's sale section to begin with when I made this post. There weren't even 1000+ sale items in total for every category just 3 days ago on the 12th of December according to Google Web Cache. As for those 3 items being no longer available, items can sell out prior to a sale and there isn't much that can be done about it. The original comment made by marantz is incorrect, as that page is still available and the product can still be purchased. You're either making crap up or you were on the wrong site just like these guys below.

          Opened the OP at around 11pm. Clicked through to Nike using your link. The exact number of items shown in brackets at the top left was 1105 I believe. There was Nike as well as a lot of Converse and Hurley items.

          Sure those 3 items could have sold out before the code became active. However 700+ items did not sell out in the span of an hour. You are reaching.

          You posting Google cache from 3 days ago is no more evidence than me claiming to have seen 1100+ items at 11pm. I shouldn't have to explain this to anyone other than a petulant child.

    Their returns policy is excellent. Returned an item to them on Monday, on Wednesday I got the refund. Only wish you could exchange sizing online

      Unfortunately my experience is the opposite. Returned a pair of shoes and still have not received my refund over 2 weeks later. Have been on the phone to their call centre 3 times and every time they say give it a few more days and that it's been escalated to their finance team. I'm trying to be patient but not sure if I'm seeing my money again

        Returned a pair of shoes, received email saying shoe has been received and refund will be processed within 3 business days. A week passed, nothing.
        Emailed the team and girl on other end said she’ll escalate the problem and wait a business week for reply. Been a week, nothing. Emailed back asking for update. Nothing.

          Nike emailed me yday saying the Finance team identified that the processing request did not go through originally and has resubmitted…let’s see what happens in 2-3 business days.

      You have to scroll to the bottom of the page if your on your mobile and there will be a little icon with a US flag click on that and go to Asia region and click Australia

    My experience is quite good with their delivery but sales support is not so good. Had problems checking out then the next minute price went up. Called their support showing the screen shot of the lower price but was told the lower price was a mistake and the higher price was the correct price.

      My experience is bad with their delivery, i ordered on 13/11/2017 and arrived on 30/11/2017. A lot of tracking labels on my package, it was sent to Melbourne and somehow when to Sydney and back to Melbourne again

      I had some good and bad experiences.
      Good experience = normal arrival time + hassle free return
      Bad = a month waiting period + self contact and got told that it's out of stock at the time of order (And I pointed out that they are still selling them on their site after a month.) Then the rep escalated the issue to 'professional' team.
