Yeah their LCDs aren’t anything special. Not much of a deal if OLED isn’t included.
It's so not basically 15% discount. Say you paid $100 and get $15 back, and spent the $15 credit on a $15 item, you totally spent $100 and got $115 worth of stuff, it's a $15 off over $115 original price, 15/115=13% off.
And that's the best scenario where you get the highest discount (13.04% off). If you spent the $15 credit on an undiscounted item priced higher than $15, your discount percentage will be lower.
15% off is when you spend $85 to buy something originally priced at $100, not when you spend $100 to buy something originally at $115.
