    Anyone here bought a OnePlus 5T from LITB? I just cancelled my Gearbest order and placed an order with LITB.
    Gearbest told me when I first put the order in that the expected dispatch date was 13-15 Dec, now they are telling me it will be 20 Dec so I told them to cancel it.

    Seems LITB also uses DHL for expedited shipping which is also better than what Gearbest was offering.

    If you have ordered one, how long did processing take before it was shipped?

    I just received an email saying they accidently shipped my OP5T via Netherlands Post instead of expedited (DHL).

    What a crock. If they don't ship me a second phone via DHL ASAP I will be doing a credit card chargeback. I'm not waiting another month…
    Happy to send back the first package when it arrives (at their cost).

        If you open a ticket about your order (choose "Package not received") they should get back to you within <30 mins with your tracking number.

        I just received the following after escalating my ticket to a supervisor:

          Yep, that's what I've done too. No response yet.

          I've been ordering stuff with batteries for years and it's never been a problem to have it shipped via DHL, DPEX, FedEx, UPS etc.
          I reckon they're just being stingy and don't want to pay for the shipping.

    Your company is one bull of crap* I ordered a device from lightinthebox what a waste of money and time. First you apologise that you sent through post whereas you had clear instructions to ship through courier. Now the tracking number doesn't work. Everyone just be careful and stay away from site like these. They should be ban from ozbargain.
