Most bluray movies from amazon.com will be US region coded (region A), which means they won't work in our bluray players (region B).
Check http://regionfreemovies.com/ for more info on if they are locked and what region.
Edit: And beaten. :P
wouldnt this be more classed as an ad, not a bargain?
There are some definite bargains in the list - eg Watchmen Director's Cut Blu-ray (region free) is $7.99 US… which would make it about $13 delivered…
I was thinking about getting watchmen from the states… but considering you can pick it up from JB's for $15 I thought why bother?
http://www.jbhifionline.com.au/dvd/dvd-genres/action-adventu…But the one at Amazon is the Director's cut :)
The two-disc version from JB's has the re-cut version… fantastic value IMO!
I just prefer buying UK or AuS versions so i can keep them all in the same size case, reckon it looks better
(US use a thinner case)you put a lot of thought into these things?
get a blue ray drive on a pc/laptop, problem solved for those that cant refuse a really good blu ray bargain
Really? You could just transfer the disc and paper insert to another plastic box of your preferred size.
Go UK Amazon folks…. I bought that Harry Potter bargain last week, and its already arrived safe and sound today (8 days later) !
No drama's with region coding (bluerays), and everything is the same size (as mentioned earlier).
how long for deliveries from Amazon, either blurays or bulky items?
Mad Men Bluray Season 1,2 or 3 $ 9.99 !!!
Weeds Season 1,2,3,4,5 and Nurse Jackie 1 - Blu-ray ($9.99 each)
Oooi Nurse Jackie great show missed that one
