    • Post it up!

    • I just bit the bullet and grabbed a pair :) Thanks for the heads up!

    • boom, just picked these up

    • out of stock :( Any other deal on these things?

  • +8

Sigh, they take out their ipad 32gb.

  • +2

    They've got 8minutes to cancel it :D

  • Keeps damn saying "Looks like this code isn't ready yet."
Oh, OK, a few minutes yet….

    • 10am bud… Unless they cancel it. Again.

      • Yep, thanks, and the item wasn't pulled or inflated :-)

  • +4

I got Airpods from them in the last 20% sale.

Really great product if you have an iPhone.

  • Don’t forget you can probably stack another 20% credit using PayPal payment if you managed to get this AMEX offer:

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/343361

    Enjoy!

    • did not receive notification from Amex….

  • +19

id love to say its a great deal, but myer is garbage for pricing in the first place.

  • +5

Max discount of $300 hurts if you're buying a Macbook. Previously the Myer 20% off sales had a max of $500.

  • +20

Go Pro Hero 5 Black - $399 yesterday price hiked to $569 today! wow, great deal. nope.

    • +3

so friggin stupid. you'd think ebay would include a clause for sellers to keep their sales at least somewhat attractive. while it might fool people in the short term, it will just kill ebay's rep in the long run. ebay is already known by everyone as the place to get screwed over with counterfeit goods, now they're known on ozbargain as the place to avoid "20% off" sales. not long until the average shopper catches on - if they haven't already. They'd do a lot better for themselves if their marketing and legal departments worked together instead of separately.

  • +4

<heads off to JB HiFi to return an iPad purchased yesterday>

    • Don't they have any sort of price-matching refund policy?

      • +1

Not when ebay is covering the discount.

    • +1

HANG ON - seriously is no one going to comment on "heads off to JB"??? Comedic gold here people…..

      • ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

      • suppose you need a head for the hats!

  • no iphone good deals

    • +6

      No good iPhone deals?
      Or
No iPhone, good deals (as a general comment)
      Or
      Me Tarzan, you Jane.

  • +1

Nice to see a decent discount off RRP on genuine Apple Macbook chargers.

  • +6

This auto coffee machine seems ok for price http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Delonghi-Magnifica-Black-Full…

    • +1

      $50 cashback too

  • +1

Literally bought something at 9:40am with a the P5OZZIE voucher. Is there any chance they will let me cancel my original order and re-order or get the difference back? It's a $26 difference and I'm super cheap

    • +1

Message them and ask. What's their return process like? Worst case scenario you could buy another with the 20% off and return the other?

      • +6

Yeah they refunded my order and I re-ordered it! Myer have great customer service

        • +3

          yes they do
i got neged for say to do that in another post..lol

  • +6

    20% off Jacked up prices.

  • bugger, no dyson supersonic hair dryers in their listing. :(

  • Anybody know if you can pay with a Myer gift card via their eBay store?

    • +3

      No, you cannot

    • No

  • +1

Looked at 3 pairs of jeans to buy, all out of stock! I think they just put on these sales to increase traffic on their site.

  • +12

More than 95% of items are more expensive than other retailers even with 20% off.

Only a few handful of items are okay with 20% off , example , http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-JBL-Flip4-Bluetooth-Speaker-B…

Please research before buying especially from Myer.

    Regards

    • Yeah I just priced matched at HN last week to the $99 price! :/

  • +1

I really hope this iPad gets delivered before next Tuesday when I leave Australia for a year..

    Haha

    • +3

You should be fine. Purchased one from last Myer eBay sale and received in 2.5 days. Don't forget to claim TRS, and enjoy the trip :)

    • +2

If not. I'm happy to look after it for 12 months. No charge.

    • +4

      getting deported? :P

    • I bought one on Friday with the eBay 10% off sale and it was delivered today (Tuesday) to Perth metro.

    • Interesting. As of "Wed, 29 Nov 2017 / 09:32:42", my order still shows "Awaiting pickup". I wonder if the tracking's just lagging, or whether it really hasn't been picked up yet after ordering Tuesday morning and receiving a shipping confirmation on Wednesday.

Dyson v8 jacked up to $900. Its $679 in store!

  • +1

Thanks. Bought Apple iPad Pro 10.5 inch Wi-Fi + Cellular 256GB - Space Grey for $1119.20 (saving of $279.80)

    • +2

Man, that's a lot of coin for a tablet. If only my current one would explode so I can justify getting this.

    • Thanks. Bought Apple iPad Pro 10.5 inch Wi-Fi + Cellular 256GB - Space Grey for $1119.20 (saving of $279.80)

Is this the best price for this model at the moment? We don't have access to ebay right now to check the selling history.

    • Magsafe 1 and 2 are available too, but I found that they were in different categoires.

  • grabbed QC35's, not the cheapest price but i'm impatient. Plus Myer has a good returns policy so if I get buyers remorse I have a shot at getting money back.

    • I'm tempted for the same thing, not sure whether to wait for a better deal or not. But my impatience is slowly getting to me.

    • You can return items due to change of mind?

  • can anyone see Apple watch?

    • +9

if you can't see it, it'd be called invisible watch

      • I had one in my cart, now showing as out of stock. Seems they have removed them all.

    • none there. did a search earlier.

  • Probably a dumb question but does HN or Officeworks price match these deals?

    • +2

they don't price match eBay deals unfortunately

      • Thanks zrmx

        • you're welcome, happy to help =)

  • Thanks OP! Got a Braun hand blender, daily hollandaise here I come!

  • What are their returns policy like if I’ve purchased through their eBay store? Can I return to a shop? Interested in getting a Christmas gift for someone but want the flexibility of a return if needed.

    • +1

      Yes you can,

I bought a Rose Gold Ipad pro in one of the previous sales - wanted a different colour.

I rang Myer support, they advised I could order the Space grey (over the phone) for pick up in store, return the one I bought on ebay (in store) and they just refunded the full amount on the Rose Gold and then charged me again for the Space grey,

  • +1

Max discount was always $500 in the past, I think this is the first time they dropped the max discount amount to $300, which is not good for expensive (i.e. Macbook) purchases.

    • which is not good for expensive (i.e. Macbook) purchases.

still better than the normal 10% off ( if the item is under $2500)

  • Bought an Apple Pencil for Christmas present to self. I know, I know, very expensive toy

    • +1

      What wrong with your finger?

  • Is the Macbook Air 128GB a good price? I will be getting TRS too hopefully.

  • +6

Almost everything is overpriced at Myer in the first place.

    • That's correct, but some stuff is overpriced everywhere, e.g. Apple, and this is useful there.

  • Looking at getting the 15" MBP with 512SSD. Capping the savings to $300 means its not even 10% off :(

  • Looking at the base model 4K iMac for $1599. Anything better than that available?

  • Bose wireless so cheap thank you!!!!

    • lololol

It's amazing how people think that's a good price. You should know that companies and employees get 60%+ off Bose products. The margin is huge

      • can you expand on that please?

So if i were to buy it through my company i would get 60% off?

In case your claims were overinflated, the majority of members hold Bose in the highest regard second only to the eneloops.

        :)

        • +2

the majority of members hold Bose in the highest regard

The majority aren't experts. Most of them don't know what true audiophile grade headphones sound like anyway. Bose is like Apple. Mainstream and average.

So if i were to buy it through my company i would get 60% off?

Only if they are affiliated with Bose or do some work for/with them. Bose employees get 50-60% off the products. I get them for that price and toss them to family members, because they just don't compare to my beyerdynamics or shure.

        • @smuggler:

now im interested, where does audiotechnica fall in this :D

          Cheers!

        • +1

          @Kossac:

audiophile headphones. hi-fi.org is a good place for sound products

  • Damn, bought this microwave the other day with 10% off, 270, could have been 240!

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-BMO700BSS-The-Quick-Touch-Cri…

  • Why does click and collect work for some products but not others? (e.g red and blue JBL flip 4 can't be collected but the white one can).

    • The stores don't have stock of the products you can't click & Collect

  • +9

Apple AirPods are back on eBay under a new listing.
    Apple Airpods

    • So I see them at $229 which at 20% discount brings it down to $183.20. Is that a good price?

    • I really didn't want the temptation.. but thanks..

  • Given the $300 limit, is this the best it gets on MBP 13" 256 (preferably) or 128GB + TRS?

    • -2

Given the $300 limit, is this the best it gets on MBP 13" 256 (preferably) or 128GB + TRS?

What kind of question is that? Buy what you can afford and how much storage you need. How on earth are we suppose to know?
The $300 limit is irrelevant if you're going to be left with a 0% storage and you have to resort to slow sd cards and expensive external SSDs.
