To be fair, it clearly says it's applicable to those who participated in the street survey. You didn't participate, so unfortunately you will not receive the shirt. Obviously some people got lucky, but what can you do?
Anyway, receiving a 50% off coupon is a decent enough compromise. Considering you didn't have to do anything, and weren't even promised anything in the first place.
And please don't call it spam :S

Or, you could just ignore the email. The email was not unsolicited, you applied for a free tshirt. They haven't added you to any list.
I might be overreactive about this but no one knows what the email sender will do with your personal information expect the sender himself.

unfortunately there has been no reply from anyone at all as to what the questions asked or the content of the offer. A few of us would have been able to claim tshirts had this information been offered but unfortunately it has not.
