Why does that even matter with the way the world is now with purchasing off the Internet?
The Arlo Pro 2 is out now! This is for the older model. This should be heavily discounted a lot more than it is now.
Because your argument is spurious at best.
Very few consumers are going to purchase a high end security product, and import it into a country where they will have no local warranty as a result of an overseas purchase, or local service options because the product isn’t sold here.
You’re saying that the price on X should be dropped in country Y, solely because X+1 is out, despite the fact X+1 isn’t sold in country Y. And that’s before you account for the fact that Retailler Z has already purchased (or will purchase) the product at a specific price, and has to work any discount they offer into that pre-determined margin.

Any deals on the DS218+ NAS?
I used to like arlo pro. the 2 way communication would have been nice. But recently, it's motion sensor has been going nuts, keep sending false notifs which eventually affected the battery.
Should be cheaper considering the Arlo Pro 2 is out.
