    Guys, just be cautious with the products as the previous order I placed when the 50% off promotion was on, a majority of them were fake. I Ordered about 15 bottles of different brands and opened 5 of them only to find that the perfume does not even come close to what I was expecting. I don't know what to do with the rest of them and I am still waiting for a response about the refund which the store rep is taking his time to respond. Repeated calls to the phone number and the only message I receive is that the products are genuine and are sourced from a genuine distributor who has 30 years of experience. Be careful

      Thank you , i believe your refund is already been completed . we still confident that our perfume is geniune , ill give you 1 example why .
      a lot of wholesaler/ online suppliers order from us and more than 3k - 20k or more in the past few weeks we dont receive any complaint . and we believe if you are a supplier/wholelsaler of perfume you know exactly what you buying either fake or real they will catch straight away but instead they buying more and more after the first transaction. the reason were selling is were closing our perfume business and just focus on Hair and Beauty products.

  • Hi Ferdz, Thanks for your response. The refund that you guys have processed are the ones that were missing from the original order. All I wanted to know that if a customer is not happy with the product what is your refund policy. I have several unopened perfumes which I wanted to return it back to you. I am willing to bring two other samples that I have bought from elsewhere (Dolce and Gabbana & Gucci Rush) as a proof to show it in person. I can guarantee that your products are nowhere near match to the ones I bought. Now your comment about people not complaining about the perfumes is because either they have received a genuine one or are not aware how to differentiate. Which makes me the most unluckiest person to order the following

    Could you please look into my order 100000710 , I made numerous calls and Emails but my issue has not been resolved yet
    I meant to get One Estee Lauder Pleasure Perfume .Initially Ordered Two and you emailed You just have One .
    But when I received My whole Order there was NO ESTEE LAUDER at all and you charged me for that perfume .
    Please process My refund as soon as possible .. its been many days chasing my refund .
