I feel like this is an great deal, especially considering the inflated prices of GTX 10xx series cards right now!

Saves a whopping AU $245.80 on an insane beast of a graphics card. From what reviews I've read, the MSI Gaming X is one of the best models of the GTX 1080 Ti to be found.

Normally this card can be found around ~$1200 dollars, lowest at the moment is Skycomp @ $1090 so this at $983.20 this is a good $100 cheaper, and it has FREE SHIPPING TOO!!

The GTX 1080 (model below this) normally retails for about $650 so for only a couple hundred bucks more you can have what I believe is THE most powerful gaming GPU on the market right now.

  I'll take a pass on this one - we've seen lower prices fairly recently (~880 for the Gigabyte Aorus from Massdrop and slightly higher for local stock), and considering how close it is to black friday / cyber monday you could probably do better by waiting a week.

    Fair enough, I was a bit impatient and pulled the trigger on this deal before I posted it 😂

    I’m not sure how low prices will go here in Aus with Black Friday / Cyber Monday for these 10xx series cards as crypto mining has made the prices skyrocket - this is the lowest I’ve seen in months.

  You can get the Asus Strix ones for $975 which imo is better looking.

  This and the Strix are both really good. I'm not sure if this one can go passive, the Strix goes completely passive cooled if the GPU temp is below 60.

  On the flipside, the strix is effectively a 3-slot card…Its cooler design is 2.5 slots, so it blocks an extra PCIe slot compared to the 2-slot cards…

  But, the best thing I like about the Strix is the fact that it has 2 fan headers on it…one of my case fans is driven by the GPU using the fan header on the Strix graphics card.
