That may be the case in your experience, however it is not necessarily representative of Vodafone independent dealers on a whole. Further, the situations that you have outlined would likely be isolated cases of poor customer service, and in now way in itself affects the merits of this deal.

Why did you increase font size and bold the last sentence?
I've been to a Vodafone store on phone launch day where they told me they didn't have any upgrade phones as the stock was allocated for new customers only (iPhone 6 release day so a few years ago).
Asked for the head office number and the stock suddenly became available.
Commision hungry salesmen exist everywhere.

WARNING: When you guys go to vodafone indepentent dealers some are shady ask them weather there putting u on 36 or 24 months cos alot of time thay give u a 36 month contract and tell u 24 months. Also most them time if your upgrading theyll tell u they dont have stock.
