    Yes unfortunately only applies to people with an AMEX card and who have signed up to the offer

        @solidussnake: I never found out. Apparently I have a pretty good credit rating, never defaulted or late payment even on bills. The company said it is not their policy to explain the reason for refusal.

  WARNING TO ALL,
  Last time I ordered a MSI 1060 3gb and 1070 8GB using $50 Amex cashback from Harvey Norman, it takes more than one month without delivery, and with no estimate time for delivery and getting tired of chasing them up, I have to cancel my order and buy somewhere else(two computers down with no graphic card). Dont know how long it will take this time.
