Free with membership - SCA regularly send out $5 voucher emails. Have got a few different multitools free.

      • Are they actually any good? I've got an American Camper that I keep in my car, but was thinking of buying a couple of these as well. If they're cheap shit that will break on first use, I'll pass.

        • Cheap - kept in car just in case or to give away. Really haven't used them, but don't expect will be great.

they won't break first use but they'll annoy you with their obvious lack of quality.
i'm not familiar with American Camper — more familiar with Leatherman, SOG and Gerber — but don't expect this to even come close to the renowned knife/multitool brands

  • Bummer I wish you’d posted this comment before I bought the bloody thing. Oh well. It’ll make a great tightarse Christmas present for my brother and sister.

I have used many multi-tools (cheap brands mostly)
Until one day when I had to use a branded one…
oh boy.. then it dawned on me what a multi-tool is really like!
[It made a world of a difference]

I don't think these would be any good in the event that your arm gets trapped under a rock and you need to cut it off (your arm)!
