  Note that 'Chinese' plugs are the same as Australian plugs, except upside down. This means if you intend to use this with 'wall warts' that extend below the plug, you will loose a socket.

    surprisingly some power strips from Bunnings, tho complied with Australian standard, also have this stupid design where wall warts block the other socket.

  I just bought this from another site. Just a heads up, the plugs are very close to each other so it will only fit your standard "round" plugs. If you have something bigger, you wont be able to use all 6 ports.

  I had trouble with the single row Xiaomi board. The third pin on my PC power plug will not fit into the board (too long).

    Did you push it in quite hard? It requires something like 15 pounds of pressure (safety feature).

  the wifi version can monitor real time power usage, and switch on/off using the app, and i believe you can only switch the whole thing on/off at same time…..which is kinda lame.

  overall, i own one of this power outlet, really good build quality and convenient.

  Is it possible for these to be configured to be powered on automatically after a power failure?

  At the moment after a power fail need to press the soft-button to power on the connected devices again.
