    Good deal. However be sure to compare with other hotel booking sites, I have found that some places I was looking at, Expedia is a more expensive (even with the discount).

    I checked this against a hotel I normally pay cash at reception for. It works out with cash rewards and the promo 17.5% I'm 20 cents worse off.
    Is there a way to change the currency to USD pretty sure it would work out a better saving if you could.

    A Unique code will be sent to you and then redeem. It worked on a Parramatta hotel in Sydney. First time any of these things actually work! Good luck!!!

    didn't work at the start and even Eggcite's method didn't work for me.
    HOWEVER, when I logged into expedia+, not only did the coupon work, but it shaved another 5% off the listed pricing for the hotel i wanted.
    plus cashback, plus cc points

    The code seems to only work when you click on www.expedia.com.au/mastercard and you see a banner with
    Enter coupon code MASTERAU12 to enjoy an additional 12% off hotel bookings at the top of the page. The code doesn't seem to work when you go to https://www.expedia.com.au/ and looks like you cant use the code and expedia points a the same time. Also CITIAU10 works https://www.citibank.com.au/cards/expedia/ but is only 10% Expiry 31st March 2018.

    That's so annoying.. Tried booking an apartment with 12% off coupon ready but it wasn't coming up where you could insert coupon. So I called them and they said that since the property charges after you book, you can't use the 12% off.

    What a joke.

    Booked anyway because I told a friend I was booking there, and he'd already paid by the time I figured out the thing doesn't work.

    Does this work, I have tried the. Ode a few times and says coupon code can not be applied to hotel. Has it expired. Or have I just hit 6 hotels in a row that don't accept it

          No, the link is correct. If you click "go to deal" or on the photo, it will take you straight there.

          What you are referring to (in the description) has been copied and pasted from the terms and conditions and hence can't be altered.
