Original 20% off Selected Sellers on eBay Deal Post
Looks like a decent deal if you are in the market for one. RRP on Dell website and their ebay are the same. So probably not a jacked up price.
Don't forget 1.25% cashrewards.

If memory serves this was 2399 before 20% of sale and the rrp was 2499 on eBay.
Have the 32GB Ram 1TB version, performance is ok, really 32gb is overkill. The biggest problem with this unit is weight not very portable if you travel a lot.
Does anybody have experience claiming TRS on items more than $1000 like this? Did you get the full GST component? Also, do they ask for the money back when you go back to the country?

There is no upper limit that you can claim as per the border protection.
But the invoice should mention your name, address and email or passport number if the product value is above 1000 AUD
And I don't think they will ask money back when you bring it back to Oz.
Not bad. Seems the next model with a 8700HQ (guessing at CPU name) is still a ways off, so it's good to see those discounts happening now.
This 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD model was going for $1800-$1900 refurbished in Dell's outlet last week (there was 15+ of them listed).
And there were multiple listed 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD versions going for $2300 also. Massive difference to the $3800 full price or $3100 normal sale price.
It's worth keeping your eye out there if you're not fussy about "new".
