You're going to be SOL when you can't run a cable to your AP then.
Maybe compare apples to apples. Every post for one of these end up with unify fanbois on it.
I was considering the Orbi but read about various issues with them. I ended up getting the Google WiFi 3 pack system during one of the goodguys ebay deals.
The Google WiFi's been great, no issues so far, and great speeds all around the house.
This is a good price. I end up getting a kit for my house and so far its been great, consistent full speed from one side to the other. UI can be better and needs more feature but performance wise its better than your standard mesh topology wifi (this can do both mesh and star topology).

I returned my Orbi set after a the absolute fustercluck that was the version 1.12.x firmware.
Unreliable, multiple crashes/reboots per hour, devices constantly dropping… zero reliability.
Honestly, all I advise is that you read the forums on Netgear/Reddit before diving in because these appear to be very buggy and there's seemingly the no rhyme or reason as to why one person's system works and another doesn't.
That's not how you write deal titles.
