I don't think I've ever had one of these targeted deals. My eBay Summary is always empty, must use it too much.
I've never got one either. Maybe because I've never used Ebay to sell, only to buy stuff.

Not sure what is wrong with my account as I can never see the Vouchers section with anything new until I actually used the coupon it will show.
Same with me, and i'm not going to buy a bunch of stuff just to test the code and find out i'm not targeted like always.
Just add an item to your cart, go to checkout and enter code. If you can't get a discount then remove item. No need to actually purchase it to check…
I guess it would only work with eBay members registered in AU. My login was registered in US and never seen voucher section ever.

Better than zero or 5% but history shows (meaning I have been caught out ha ha) when they have done a targeted offer like this at 10% days before a sitewide 15% off. But that's just my opinion.

Got in contact with customer support. It seems that they are willing to provide credit after purchase for people who ask
I did this yesterday, added $400 item to cart and went to check out and there was nowhere to enter a code, so clicked to check out and it processed the payment.
Rang Ebay support and explained I wasn't able to enter a code and they gave me a $50 voucher.I did an online chat. I said there was 10% off but not showing on my account so is there any way I could use it. I was asked for the code, which I gave. Then I was asked to try adding the item to cart and try checking out with the code but could stop at payment if I wanted. When the code didn’t work I pasted the error message and was told that if I wanted I could buy it with PayPal and credit would be put into my PayPal. I was told credit request could be put in straight away or if I buy later then I need to contact ebay staff again to request it. Once I checked that the chat was sufficient as guaranty i said i’ll buy later. I was told that the purchase had to be within the t&c (link provided by eBay staff member).
Later in the day I purchased what I was after, contacted support again and they processed credit request. I am now expecting money to be put in to my PayPal account in the next 7-10 days. So this still works out 10% off but the discount takes a week to process. Straight money for PayPal account.
I think this worked out ok as I could not really see anything in t&c that made it ‘if you received the offer’ type of wording. And I got approval before the purchase. Pretty good experience, and no opportunity for seller to rise price due to sale event :) good deal.
No love for the professional shoppers of ozbargain.

I contacted the customer chat service and was told that this code works only for deals and not for auction items. I did not receive any email for this offer either. However I was honoured 10% credit after payment since I was not aware that it was not applicable for auction items.
I'm getting "Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again."
Added PayPal and tried multiple non auction purchases.
