I know your intentions were good (even I always prefer dvd.co.uk for the VAT tax removal when I buy new games) but the tax exclusion only applies to orders over £18 :(
    soooooo…
long story short, $32.70 is approx = $35 and personally, I would rather have it on release with an Australian rating/region for an extra $2.30

    EDIT
    James Cameron's Avatar: Extended Collector's Edition (3 Discs) (Blu-ray)
    £17.89
    Standard shipping:
    £2.29
    TOTAL
    £20.18

    • so if ur total order is over 18 quid u get 15% off?

might get the Mummy trilogy then too

      • I have just done a bit more research and it turns out the discount of tax only applies to INDIVIDUAL items over 18 pounds - that means if you buy something worth 17.99, no discount for it no matter what the total order comes out to be :(

  • Extended? why extend a movie that was too long, good but too long.

  • £17.93 on Amazon.UK as well.

about bloody time this movie came out on dvd/bd.

    • Erm… this MOVIE has been out on DVD/BLURAY since APRIL of this year.

This is the extended edition though.

    • L-O-L, good work.

Is this the 3D version yet!?

    • No.

    • 3D version is iexclusive to Panasonic owners, coming this christmas.

      • A pity the 3D fad is over already. Maybe they should release it in 2025, when the next 3D craze is due.

  • 3D is dead, have you seen how cheap the TV's are going out for now?? Who the hell wants to sit their with glasses on watching a movie.

I will get it once the technology is improved and the ones without the need for glasses come out.

  • It's £18.94 VAT excluded, including shipping from Amazon.co.uk. Although I am a fan of dvd.co.uk, specially their cardboard mailers which I like to reuse.

Just because 3D TVs are cheap now doesn't necessarily mean the technology is dead. It's just gone more mainstream.
Me personally I am waiting for virtual technology ala "Strange Days".
