  • I also received my mug today. Thanks OP for the deal.

  • Completely forgotten about it until it showed up in the mail.
Surprised it didn't break with such flimsy packaging hahaha

  • Got mine today! Unbroken, but my name is incomplete lol oh well

  • Just got mine today as well! In tact too! Thanks OP. Does anyone know if these are microwave and dishwasher safe?

    • +1

Ended up asking Bulla, the mug is NOT dishwasher safe and the text may fall off. They only recommend microwaving for 10-15 seconds at a time.

  • Don’t even remember signing up for this, but mum was happy with her personalised mug

  • Got mine in good condition.

  • i just got mine! thanks very much op

  • Completely forgot about it, until I opened the package this morning.

  • Thanks OP. Mine was intact. Miracle!

  • Got mine too today…

  • I got mine today :)

Got mine, thought it was a China package due to the type of wrapping. Had broken handle, the bubble wrap was practically non-existant. Can't blame the posties for breaking it when it's just a plain package with nothing to advise careful handling.

Mine came IKEA style. Assembly required…

  • Mine arrived! Had no idea what it was, forgot I had even registered for this freebie!

  • mine arrived, all good

  • Collected mine from the post office today… All intact… Thanks OP!😊

  • Got mine on Friday, broken handle club. Waiting 5 months and in the bin in 5 seconds

  • Got mine today. Smashed. Anybody attempt to contact Bulla?/Is it worth it?

    • I sent them a message on Facebook, they said they were looking into it with their supplier.

  • Got mine today. Admittedly, I had forgotten about it! Mine was intact, although my name on the cup is all in lower case. Can't remember if I had done that myself or if they only print in lower case.

    • +1

They only print in lower case. You can see it on the sample mug on the deal page.

  • Got mine, unbroken. Had forgotten about it so was surprised to find a package in the mail.

  • Finally received mine today in one piece… Bulla took it upon themselves to correct the deliberately misspelled word, probably thought it was a typo.

  • Received mine, smashed to pieces, cut myself pulling it out of the box.

Worst freebie ever. 0/10 would not recommend

  • Received mine today. Another broken handle. Oh well

  • Just got mine. Handle was already smashed into 4 pieces in the box due to the poor packaging. What a total farce!
Will be emailing Bulla and suggest you all do the same to lend weight.

"Hi Bulla, my free personalised mug was broken upon delivery. I am upset because I paid good no money for this!"

But seriously, how would you complain about a complimentary product?

      • +4

It's simple and would take as long as it took for your response but more beneficial. You say you are disappointed that after waiting so long, the cup you received as a prize in their competition was broken due to the poor packaging it came in.

It wasn't a complimentary product. It was a prize as a reward for those that invested their time/effort in their promotion.
I'm sure Bulla want to know that the people they paid lots of money to provide a service did such a crap job to promote their brand and damage their prizes. If you won a busted iphone due to the promo company would you be as indifferent? If you don't bother giving feedback nothing improves and you'll get more of the same.

For those who received a broken mug, message Bulla on Facebook. I did and they are sending me out a replacement mug.

Received mine in perfect condition. Thanks OP!

  • I got a replacement mug after contacting them (I sent them a photo). Much better wrapped this time!
