They're quiet and great for summer especially if you stick it in a portable power bank. I bought one a few months ago. It'll be good to get a second one :)
They're alright, about the airflow you'd expect from a fan this size. Quite audible in a quiet room, so not totally silent, but in the summer you're probably gonna have other bigger and louder fans anyway, so this is still great for some spot cooling.
I'm after a mini fan with an LED light for a dollar.

Finally got one. I don't know what I need it for.
Here is a suggestion. Use it in a room with an aircon.
I like to use them to assist with dispersing the water droplets from the ultrasonic humidifiers in winter and to promote airflow on my computer during summer. Shame you cannot easily switch USB ports on the PC on/off at set times or intervals.
