Retail market in Australia is brutal. You have to keep running promotions pretty much all the time to keep making sales. Can't blame them for that.
I was looking at the air con, yesterday it was $699, now it's $849 with 20% discount. Which is actually about $20 cheaper.

I had my eye on the Panasonic 5kw AC and the price on eBay was the same as their in store price. The price remained the same and I was able to buy it with the 20% off.

I'm looking into getting the items click and collected into a store, and then paying the store to deliver the items to my house (new place, would like to actually have moved in before getting expensive stuff delivered, otherwise I'd just pay for delivery).
Just called Osborne Park (WA) Good Guys and they said it's against policy to do this, and if I get it click and collected I can't pay for delivery later on. Is this a thing?

I have exactly the same setup what you want, using a hisense tv with ps4 etc. Unsure about Foxtel Play on Hisense though.
You could also buy a dumb TV and get a Xiaomi Mi box. Should definately be able to sideload Foxtel Play if unavailable in Smart TV's

Oh I love my gimbals too but it's exciting times when GoPro can now be used WITHOUT a gimbal… as it has 3-axis stabilisation, and newer DSLR's like the GH5 have 5-axis…

Just bought a freezer and was treated like absolute crap when we mentioned we were buying through ebay. The staff suddenly became very unhelpful and we are worried about going back to pick the item up.
