Good on you for posting OP.

Get $250 gift card but to pay for $99 annual fee and ? any reward points on spending.
Compare to other low rate cards cards that offer no annual fee and $0 balance transfer for up to 12 months.
Not convinced yet that this is a good deal.

I would also agree not a great deal. But the low spend criteria of $500 may be something to look for.
