I just completed a stay recently, and not only did I not know the actual hotel… but it was impossible to find.
Taxi driver had no idea where it was. The address we had covered a full block, and it wasn't advertised on the hotel. We ended up walking around the block a couple of times before seeing a small see-through sticker on the glass door of 'another' hotel.
Once we were in, the room was fine. small, but clean and had the basics.
Did the hotel have an actual name? Or was it called Zen……………?

ZEN Rooms partners with local hotels and works with them to ensure certain standards in so far as amenities. Spotless bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, 24/7 care etc. We also audit locations and make sure they meet certain standards.
Details of partner hotels are always provided in confirmation emails, including the address and real name of the hotel partner.
I double checked… You are technically correct.
I received a total of seven emails from Agoda regarding this one booking, of which, ONE did mention the actual name of the hotel (it was in plain text and not that noticeable). Compounding my issue, was that I rely on tripit to track my travel, and the hotel name did not make it into there.
So it's on me, but I was kind of expecting a hotel called 'Zen Rooms'
Oh, I forgot to mention that we did get a nice little Zen Rooms gift bag thingy from the hotel, which was a nice little touch. We booked the room for an overnight lay over in Singapore, so the toiletries were well received!
Any codes for Zen Hotels?
Agoda generally state the hotel name or use Google maps, punch in address and go to street view.
I am very accustomed to using hotel search engines, but I do not understand ZEN Rooms. Do you tell us the real name of the accommodation so that we can read reviews on that hotel from Tripadvisor and others, or is it a 'Mystery hotel' type booking. IE do we have to take it 'on trust'?
